GTower's green feature that impresses us the most is a pay-as-you-use billing system for the use of air-conditioning by its tenants. it is because u can use any amount of air-conditioning and then pay by the billing system. it is a good way for tenants to pay for their bills as it is much convenience and can safe alot of money if they reduce the use of air-conditioner. they can reduce using the air-conditioner by bring their own mini fan or by using the wind from the air.
